| Koshka is a stray who was starving when she was rescued. The kittens she was struggling to feed died but she survived. She still fights for her own way and rules the roost in her foster mum's |
Skittles is a grey and white girl with very distinctive markings, a noble nose, and a swirl of fur on the back of her neck which people in some cultures consider to be a lucky mark. She is nervous but wants to be noticed, an unusual combination which is most endearing. |
Mr Onion is a large placid tabby cat. He frequented the neighbourhood of one of our foster-mums who fed him when she saw him. Then one day he arrived at her door with his tail so badly mangled it had to be amputated. He has stayed with her ever since happily allowing her three children to cuddle and play with him. |

| Hannah is a semi-long haired tabby who was found in a poor district. She is a very pretty cat but highly strung and excitable and needs a lot of affection. Her general health is good although she has occasional hormonal problems which make her lose the hair on her tummy. | Candice is a young, very timid cat. She accepts a cuddle from her foster-mum but hisses and spits at anyone else. We do not know what treatment she suffered to make her like this but hope that, with time, she will come to trust us. | Mungo Jerry is just a big kitten. He loves toys and playing games with the other cats. He had to fend for himself when he was tiny and is still wary of humans. |

| Tipper was
a terrified boy who was caught at a rubbish dump. It was originally thought
that he would go back on site when he had been neutered, but in the end it was
not thought to be suitable so he came to live with one of our foster-mums.
He is still very nervy but is comfortable and loved.

Bingley is a large fluffy boy. He and his brother Darcy have stayed with us since they were kittens. His mother and his other siblings died but Bingley survived to grow into the handsome chap in the picture. | Trisha came into care with her four babies. They grew into fine cats and went off to new homes, but Trisha was too shy. She chatters away to her fostermum but only allows stroking occasionally. |
